Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your order, but we understand there may be times you need to return an item. This policy sets out your rights and our responsibilities under UK law.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

To qualify:

• You must notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and unused condition within 14 days of notifying us.

• You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exceptions (non-refundable items unless faulty):

• Opened trading card products, including booster packs, boxes, or sealed collections.

• Digital downloads or custom-made items.

• Any item that has been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

Incorrect / Damaged / Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

We may ask for photo evidence to speed up the resolution process.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@obsidiancollectibles.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

We’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

• If returning high-value items, consider using a tracked and insured service.

• If a returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
