Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Evri): £3.99 — estimated 2–4 working days

Orders over £50: FREE standard shipping

All deliveries are within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Address

For security purposes, all orders must be shipped to the billing address registered to the payment card used at checkout. We are unable to ship to alternative addresses.

If you wish to send an item as a gift, please ask the recipient to place the order using their own payment details and address.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped with tracking. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@obsidiancollectibles.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
